Do not use unqualified products for Dome Resin Epoxy Stickers. The workbench should be adjusted to make it level before the plastic drop operation, and the semi-finished product should be pasted on the glass plate without bubbles and false pasting. The pasted glass panels should be stacked in this way, preferably no more than 10 layers.

According to the requirements of the process card or drawing, use the corresponding crystal glue and operate according to the following corresponding processes:

Domestic glue: Dispensing personnel should operate in strict accordance with the "Dispensing Operation Manual". The glue dropping personnel will drop the prepared, bubble-free crystal glue on the pattern, and drop one board to cover another board to prevent dust and debris from falling on the surface. After dripping the 3~4 editions, check the first edition to determine whether it is necessary to increase or decrease the dripping amount, and trim it with silicone oil backing paper so that the crystal glue flows to the edge of the pattern. Do not damage the printing surface when trimming, and the dripping thickness is generally controlled at (2±0.2)mm
