1. Process flow: feeding - vacuuming - cleaning machine - defoaming - glue dropping - repairing - sealing. Operators should strictly abide by the operation manual of the plastic dropping machine and the process requirements in the above table.

4. There should be no large fluctuations in the amount of glue dropped, and the thickness should be controlled at (2±0.2)mm.

5. When trimming after dispensing glue, do not damage the surface of the printed matter to avoid ink drops or air bubbles. After dripping the glue, cover the glass plate on top, wrap it with silicone oil paper, and mark the operator's name, date, time, and subpoena number.

6. After the work is done, clean the machine and mixer thoroughly with dichloromethane. When cleaning, the operator should wear a protective mask. If solvent is splashed on exposed parts of the body, flush immediately with plenty of water.
