Our Epoxy Coated Scratch Resistant Polyurethane Epoxy Resin Over Vinyl Decal Dome Labels. The plastic coating is not only scratch-resistant, but also protects the sticker from the sun's harmful UV rays. This protection helps keep your logo looking bright and fade-resistant, preserving every vibrant color of your design for years of faithful service.

Printing: We digitally print all logos, text and background colors onto the stickers using a high-resolution 4-color (CMYK) process. We can print on white, brushed silver, brushed gold, chrome silver and chrome gold vinyl substrates. When printing your design onto any vinyl other than white, the white parts of your design will become clear, which (in the case of metal vinyl) will show through the metallic effect of the vinyl itself. Our Epoxy Resin Over Vinyl Decal Dome Labels are used screen printing process.

Pantone® Colors: If Pantone® Colors are used in your designs, we will print your stickers with CMYK inks using the CMYK Pantone® matching system. Please Note: There are many Pantone® colors that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colors. If you use a Pantone® color that cannot be matched, it will be converted to the closest available CMYK color. If printing on vinyl other than white, the color or finish of the vinyl may affect the color of the final print.

PLEASE NOTE: For custom shape designs ordered, we may have to change your design if a dome is not feasible, for example it contains sharp edges or a tight inner radius. Corners must be rounded and the minimum radius must be approximately 1mm. - Please contact us to discuss your needs. All email orders will receive a PDF proof prior to production which will show any such changes.
