PU soft rubber has the advantages of full surface, wear resistance, impact resistance, yellowing resistance, ultraviolet aging resistance, never hardening, long-term stability, etc. It is the most widely used high-grade plastic dripping glue. We use for product PU Domed Logo Decals, two-component PU soft rubber is clear and transparent, UV resistant, suitable for outdoor use. Both hand glue and machine glue can be used.

The coating of the product PU Domed Logo Decals is PU-26, which is a kind of soft PU soft rubber, which is made of imported resin, defoamer, leveling agent, thinner and auxiliary agent. It can be cured naturally or with heat. (Requires vacuum for operation) No ripples and no bubbles after curing. Good transparency, repeated folding in half without breaking, tear resistance, UV resistance, non-yellowing, excellent surface gloss.

Recommended use:

● Suitable for adhesive on the surface of labels such as self-adhesive, PVC film, plastic, glass, metal, etc.

● Especially suitable for waterproof packaging of LED flexible light strips.

NOTE: Manual mixing inevitably introduces air bubbles, which need to be degassed by applying a vacuum. The speed of hand dripping PU is slower and the ambient humidity is higher. The relative humidity should be between 40 and 60 to prevent foaming.
