Our Brushed Dome Polyurethane Logo Stickers, also known as Dome Stickers, are coated with scratch resistant polyurethane epoxy. The plastic coating is not only scratch-resistant, but also protects the sticker from the sun's harmful UV rays. PU soft glue can be used to make dome stickers, crystal glue decals, PU dome labels, PU dome resin stickers. Our Brushed Dome Polyurethane Logo Stickers also use soft PU glue.

PU soft rubber is easy to absorb water and deteriorate, so it should be sealed and stored, and sealed after use. It is best to have a dehumidifier in the dispensing workshop, and do not use sticks with moisture such as wooden sticks when mixing. The substrate should be dry and glycerin-containing inks should be avoided.

【Precautions for use】

1. Weighing and mixing: The above products are all two-component materials. Mixing ratios are by weight. sticky). While stirring, stir slowly in the same direction to avoid creating a lot of air bubbles. Stir to ensure components A and B are well mixed. If there are still a lot of filaments to the naked eye, you need to be patient and stir until completely transparent. If the mixing is not uniform, it will cause the adhesive surface to be sticky and wavy.

2. Bubble removal method: The most effective method is to vacuum the prepared glue, or drop it with a machine.

3. Safety issues: This product (especially component B) may cause allergies in contact with the skin. Please try to avoid skin contact with this product. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water.

4. Storage period: Components A and B can be stored in dry, cool, airtight containers for six months.
