How to make UV Resistance Doming Epoxy Resin Stickers

Take a clean needle slip, absorb the prepared glue into the needle slip and evenly drop it on the surface of signs, trademarks, etc. Generally, the thickness of the crystal glue layer is 2mm, and it can be leveled naturally.

3-5 minutes after instilling crystal glue, observe whether there are air bubbles or dust particles on the surface of the glue. If there are small bubbles, use a small needle to pick them out.

Wash and mark the label, melt it at room temperature of 20°C-22°C, harden for 10-14 hours, and become a crystal dome epoxy resin label that does not stick to the surface.

In case of stickers, trademarks, etc., the thickness is very thin, and the boundary line is not obvious. When pouring, it is easy to cause the crystal glue to overflow. It is difficult to achieve a thickness of 2mm. Therefore, the crystal glue should be grasped according to different situations and the viscosity should be well controlled. During the application process, it can be placed for 1-2 hours to increase the viscosity and adapt to the pouring of thin crystal glue.
