Our Die Cut Anodized Aluminium Labels durable nameplates are ideal for harsh environments. Easily identify pipes, valves and controls with preprinted barcodes, serial numbers or company information. Nameplates can be chemically etched, photoetched, anodized, screen printed or embossed in a variety of metallic and non-metallic materials. Depending on your requirements, a variety of attachment methods can be used, including adhesives, wires, cable ties, screws, nails or bolts. The advantages of aluminum labels are their light weight and a scratch-resistant anodized coating.

Richi's Die Cut Anodized Aluminium Labels have excellent abrasion resistance, as well as excellent corrosion, chemical and solvent resistance. For some applications, anodized aluminum nameplates are a cost-effective alternative to Metalphoto.
Graphics are screen printed and sealed under the anode layer for durability. After the imaging process, edges and holes made according to the part design will not be anodized. For secondary processes with a thickness of 0.063" or greater, these edges can optionally be anodized, aluminized or painted for added durability and protection.
