Lexan Polycarbonate Graphic Overlays Panels are available as one-piece panel overlays or the front panel of a two-piece panel construction, and are often used to protect and graphically enhance membrane switch assemblies. Our polycarbonate overlays are constructed of polycarbonate facestocks up to 0.030" thick with graphic elements that can be manufactured to your panel design. For a two-part panel construction, the polycarbonate overlay is assembled to a thicker support aluminum or stainless steel backing of the same fabrication.
