The manual operation process of crystal glue labeling Doming Stickers Epoxy Oval Decals is as follows:

1. First, put all kinds of prepared substrates, such as: stalk glue, PVC, laser material labels, Taiwan-made paper, metal, aluminum sheet, stainless steel, plastic, coated paper, acrylic, into the oven for preheating at 60 degrees to remove the moisture on the surface.

2. Put the dehumidified substrate flat on the glass plate of the operating table with the same level and wait for plastic dripping (glue dripping).

3. According to the dosage, take a clean beaker, measure it accurately, and mix components A and B according to the weight ratio of 2:1.

4. Then put the prepared mixture into a vacuum drying oven, turn on the vacuum pump, and remove the air bubbles in the mixture under vacuum.

5. Take the clean one in the needle tube, suck the defoamed crystal glue into the needle tube, then measure and evenly drip it on the surface of the pre-prepared substrate (namely: signs, labels, trademarks, etc.). Generally, the thickness of the crystal glue layer is 2mm, and it can be leveled naturally.

(Note: The above process is controlled within 30 minutes, so as not to increase the viscosity of the glue, resulting in inoperability).
