In addition to the label products that can be processed by primary enterprises, intermediate-level printing plants can also process more complex label products, including color prints based on dot overprinting, and these products are mainstream products. Customers have certain requirements for product quality, such as the hue of batch products, the accuracy of nesting between various color groups, and the density of the same color in batch production.
Basic users: the pharmaceutical industry, the general cosmetic industry and the daily chemical industry, among which the label products of the pharmaceutical industry are the focus. Because of the characteristics of medical labels, it is the business that the equipment capacity and technical level of the intermediate-level label printing factory can undertake. Another characteristic of the mid-level label printing industry is the relatively complex variety of customers, both short-run and long-run.
Application materials: In order to meet the requirements of the label structure, the intermediate label enterprises should choose materials with good smoothness and high coating strength to adapt to the process characteristics of color dots and large-area solid printing. Coated coated paper and mirror coated paper are the most commonly used materials, and a small amount of film materials such as PE, PP, and PET are also commonly used by intermediate-level label customers.
