The production of steel plates

• To polish the surface of the steel plate, put the stainless steel plate close to the nylon wheel polishing machine, drag it up and down from side to side to make the surface brighter and smoother, and visually check whether there are any problems such as miscellaneous spots and pinholes on the surface.
• Put the polished stainless steel plate into clean water to avoid oxidation of the stainless steel plate.
• The nylon wheel on the polishing machine needs to be replaced every time 300-400 stainless steel plates are polished.

Baking

• The operator puts the material to be baked into the electric oven through the material rack for baking.
• Set the temperature of the electric oven at 105±5°C for 15±3 minutes.
• Keep the inside of the electric oven dry and clean.
