Steel plate electrolytic degreasing

• Take the polished stainless steel plate out of the clean water, put it into the electrolytic tank for electrolytic degreasing, put 1~2 pieces at a time, and the time is 8±3 seconds.
• The electrolyzer is kept at 50±5°C and the voltage is 6V.
• The bath liquid is replaced every 15 days or so, depending on the degree of pollution of the bath liquid and the effect of degreasing; after degreasing, rinse the alkaline water on the surface of the stainless steel rice with clean water, then put it in a pure water, and wait for baking .

Brush insulating oil on the steel plate

• Take a 200-mesh clean screen and place it on the printing machine, and adjust it well. Determine the printing position, and seal the position that does not need to be printed with adhesive tape.
• Take an appropriate amount of photosensitive oil, pour it on the screen, and use a scraper to mix the ink evenly for easy printing.
• Take a stainless steel plate and place it flat on the printing platform, cover the screen, scrape the glue-coated screen with a scraper once, and return the ink once (seal the printing position with glue)
• During the printing process, visually inspect the steel plate for gauze holes and pinholes at any time; if so, clean the screen plate with net washing water in time.
• After double-sided printing, bake in the oven at 105°C for 15 minutes.
